Yala Safari

Yala was opened in 1900 as a wildlife sanctuary, it is now over 12,600km² in size but only a fifth is open to visitors.
Yala is famous for its large number of leopards as well as water buffalos, crocodiles and elephants.
This creates an area of immense biodiversity and is one of the world’s most popular destinations to spot the elusive leopard, who love to lounge on the huge granite boulders that dot the parkland.
The density of the leopard population within the park makes sightings – although not guaranteed – a regular occurrence, and Yala is an extremely popular attraction for this reason alone, despite its many other highlights.

Sinharaja Forest Reserve is a forest reserve and a biodiversity hotspot in Sri Lanka. It is of international significance and has been designated a Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site by UNESCO.[1]
Sinharaja is the country's last viable area of primary tropical rainforest. More than 60% of the trees are endemic and many of them are considered rare. 50% of Sri Lankan's endemics species of animals (especially butterfly, amphibians, birds, snakes and fish species). It is home to 95% endemic birds.

Udawalawe National Park (Safari) ,
Udawalawe National Park is one of Sri Lanka’s smaller national parks at only 308.2 km². It is estimated that within this space over 500 elephants live. It’s simple really, a smaller space with a higher density of elephants increases your chances of seeing them!
Here 95% sure , Any time of year it is pretty much guaranteed that you will see WILD elephants on an Udawalawe safari – this is a great reason to visit!

Ridiyagama Safari

The Safari park situated in Ridiyagama area of Hambantota District, Sri Lanka. The park reservation is 500 acres in size, But 200 acres are currently been developed. The plan has envisaged nine zones for separate wildlife and at present four zones are operational..
The park was developed to give the freedom of movement to animals as much as possible and the visitors to be Caged. The 80 acre mammal zone comprise of a large verity of grazers and some flightless birds from Americas, Africa and Asian countries. These include rare to see mammals such as Cape Buffalos, Zebras, camels, antelopes guanacos and Ostriches.
The elephant zone is 54 acres in size. And There are six Balali Tigers in the the 5 acre Bengal Tiger Zone. Next is the Lion Zone. There are 14 lions in this zone. Although the park have many kind of animals you can see more.
